We promise that your child care rates will remain unchanged for the entire duration of your child’s time with us. This means no unexpected increases—just consistent, reliable care at the same rate you agreed upon.
This guarantee applies as long as your child’s contracted days and times remain the same. It’s that simple. You don’t need to worry about any hidden fees or surprise charges.

Terms & Conditions
- Any reduction in booking will revert to current fee rates
- You can keep your child’s spot and fixed rate by paying a retainer fee even during long absences such as Maternity etc.
- If there are 2 or more late fees, your fixed rate will be cancelled, and you’ll go back to the current fees.
- This offer can be used with variations of payment ie. Tax free childcare, vouchers schemes, universal credit
- Does not apply to Bright Horizons, Education funding, or full fee coverage by authorities.
